Trueline started in 2023. I'm Baraa, and I've always been a car guy. Keeping my own cars clean was never a chore for me, it was just something I cared about. At some point I figured, why not do it for other people who feel the same way?
My brother Omar and I started it as a side hustle for about a year and a half. What made us take it seriously was watching people's reactions when we finished a job. That excitement, that before and after moment, that's what kept us going. That's still what keeps us going.
We are hyper-focused about how clean a car should be, and that shows in every job we do. We're not looking to bring anyone else on. We built Trueline on our own work ethic and we want to keep it that way.
Our goal is to grow this as much as we possibly can, and we're just getting started.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required for all services. That said, if you reach out by text or email, we may have same-day or short-notice availability depending on our schedule. It never hurts to ask.
Who will be detailing my car?
Trueline is a two-person operation. Your car is handled by us directly; not a large crew or rotating staff. Every job gets our full attention.
How do I book?
The easiest way is through our online booking form. You can also text or email us directly. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
How long does a service take?
It depends on the package. A wash typically runs 1-1.5 hours. A full detail can take 2.5-4 hours depending on the condition and size of the vehicle.
What are your hours?
We don't operate on a fixed schedule. We work by appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, we'll give you a specific arrival window.
Can I customize my service?
Yes. When booking online, you'll have the option to add individual services on top of your chosen package. Options include ceramic coating, clay bar treatment, ozone machine, bumper shine, and more. If you have something specific in mind that isn't listed, reach out before booking and we'll see what we can put together for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit/debit card, Venmo, and Zelle. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. No processing fee applies to cash, Venmo, or Zelle payments.
