Section 01 — Pre-Existing Stains & Interior Damage
We make every effort to remove stains from cloth, leather, and vinyl surfaces. However, some stains cannot be fully removed due to the age of the material, the nature of the stain, or the condition of the underlying foam and padding inside the seat. Over time, seat foam breaks down and turns to a fine dust inside the cushion. We are not responsible for pre-existing foam degradation or stains that cannot be lifted due to material wear.
Section 02 — Pre-Existing Scratches & Paint Damage
We document the visible condition of your vehicle before any service begins. Any scratches, chips, swirl marks, or paint damage noted at the time of arrival are pre-existing and are not caused by our work. We are not liable for damage that was present before we started.
Section 03 — Paint & Clear Coat Condition
Older or improperly maintained paint can react unpredictably to polish, wax, or cleaning products. If your vehicle's clear coat is already failing, peeling, or oxidized, the detailing process may accelerate or reveal that damage. We are not responsible for paint or clear coat that deteriorates as a result of its pre-existing condition.
Section 04 — Water & Electronics
Detailing involves water. If your vehicle has cracked window seals, a faulty sunroof, or exposed wiring, water may enter areas it normally would not. We are not liable for water damage to electronics if the vehicle has a pre-existing seal failure.
Section 05 — Personal Items & Valuables
We want your experience with us to be completely stress-free from start to finish. We recommend removing any personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment, including things like cards, documents, loose change, or anything you'd hate to misplace. Our technicians will move items as needed to complete the service and treat everything with care. Taking a quick minute before we arrive means you can sit back and let us handle everything else.
Section 06 — Pre-Existing Odors
We do not guarantee complete odor removal for vehicles with severe or long-standing odor issues. We will always be upfront about what is realistic before we begin.
Section 07 — Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
If your vehicle arrives with excessive dirt, mold, biohazard material, or extreme pet hair, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline the service. We will always communicate any additional charges before proceeding.
Section 08 — Weather Conditions
We operate outdoors as a mobile service. Rain, wind, or extreme heat can affect results or require rescheduling. We are not responsible for results affected by weather conditions outside our control.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy in full and release the company from liability for the conditions described above.
